David, Managing Director of Pease Acquisition Advisors, is in charge of running the day to day operations, as well as the search process and relationships with the clients. He will also assist Joe in evaluating the deals, term sheet preparations, and assist the client with negotiations. David’s background prior to PAA was corporate insurance consulting, with a specialty of mitigating risks during a transaction. With the M&A insurance consulting experience, PAA can offer additional deal guidance that can help solve potential incoming issues post transaction.  David attended Kent State University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Business degree, with a major in Finance. David also attended Baldwin Wallace University and received a Master’s Degree (MBA).

Lizabeth’s focus consists of initiating contact with prospective targets, scheduling introductory meetings, tracking client projects, and providing ancillary services to PAA where needed. Liz has a Bachelor of Arts from Baldwin Wallace University as a double major in History & Political Science with an International Studies minor. She holds a Juris Doctorate from Cleveland Marshall College of Law and was admitted to the Ohio Bar in November of 2015.

Prior to joining Pease & Associates, CPAs in May 2018, Brent Grover founded Evergreen Consulting in 2001 as a boutique firm to advise companies in the wholesale distribution channel. He sold that firm in 2018. Brent had been CEO and co-owner of National Paper & Packaging Co., sold in 1999. Brent has also been an Adjunct Professor at Case Weatherhead School of Management. Prior to his distribution industry career, he was with Arthur Andersen & Co. Brent received the Elijah Watt Sells Award for placing second in Ohio and in the top 50 nationally on the Uniform CPA Examination.

Brent is a member of several non-profit boards and is Past Chairman of the National Paper Trade Association. He has served as a board member of Nichols, Strauss Paper Co., B.W. Rogers Co., Petroliance LLC, Millcraft Group, Famous Enterprises, Snavely Forest Products, Delaware Valley Group, Great Lakes Power Products and Elkay Plastics.
